SC CGP (SCR100000) expired. SCDES has not yet reissued. Existing permittees remain covered under the expired permit until the new version is issued. Monitoring this monthly.

What We Monitor
South Carolina
11 counties. SCDES permits, OCRM coastal overlay in the coastal counties, CGP renewal tracking.
Georgia
7 counties. GA EPD permits, GSWCC certifications, CMPA/SPA protections.
Florida
6 counties. FDEP plus SJRWMD, SFWMD and SWFWMD ERP permitting, CCCL permits on the coast.
North Carolina
4 counties. CAMA AEC framework in the coastal counties, density-based BUA approach.
Michigan
3 counties. EGLE permitting, Part 91 soil erosion and sedimentation control.
